"The Dictionary Game"

In my tuition centre, we don't learn like the way we do in school... Schools are just ridiculous.. they follow cycles everyday, and their cycles are kinda like the same as the day before..







Monday:(work + work + work + work + work + work) x1000
Tuesday: (work + work + work + work + work + work) x1000
Wednesday: (work + work + work + work + work + work) x1000
Thursday: (work + work + work + work + work + work) x1000
Friday: (work + work + work + work + work + work) x1000
Saturday: (homework + homework + homework + homework + homework + homework) x1000
Sunday: (homework + homework + homework + homework + homework + homework) x1000
Holidays: (homework + homework + homework + homework + homework + homework) x1000²





So, in my tuition centre, we play games that are able to help us learn too, and one of the game is called " The Dictionary Game "





No it is not a game which introduces fear or murder into people's mind, so this game is very safe unless you are able to get fits or internal bleeding when you read or write..

So, the rules of the game is pretty simple, the teacher says a random unknown word, and you are suppose to guess the meaning..

For example,



Engarland


Now usually you play this game in a group, so there will always be people who give stupid definitions.. like

-Engarland is a place next to England
-Engarland is a process where enrichment takes place in garlic
-Engarland is where people with brains the size of 1mm stick together (I don't know how this is linked)
-Engarland is a land where Pikachu, Barney and Dora live together


And of course, the teacher will also be putting in the correct definition among ours, but it is all mixed up so we don't know which one is correct.. (usually it is the most sensible one)

So, after we are done writing our definitions, we will be asked to vote for which one we think is right..(no you are not allowed to vote for your own, if you do this, the teacher will take the washing machine and stuff it into your mouth)

You get a point for every vote your definition has.. and 2 points if you vote for the truly correct definition..

In the end, the person with the highest number of votes wins.. simple right?


Now, imagine this game is used in chinese..


No, I think this is impossible to play using chinese. You see, if people play this game using the chinese language, the definitions would probably be so stupid and ridiculous until the teacher is able to literally go around killing everyone in the room including herself/himself..

Let me demonstrate how you play this game using the chinese language..

The definitions would most likely go like this..

- House with antennae
- Electrical poles
- Wood is always right
- when 3 people come together, one of them will grow a beard, while another grows 2 tails while the other one stabs himself..
- Star Wars TIE fighter, because it has 2 guns, and it looks like one..






This would mark the end of the world because the definitions are so bad everyone would laugh till they die in a manner where scientists originally thought it was impossible..





So now you know, "The Dictionary Game" can only be used for English only.. Using any other language would prove to be fatal even for superman.. Even if you are better than Superman, then you will still die anyway..
